EzPropertyFinder.com is committed to providing a transparent and user-friendly experience to all property listers and buyers. Please read this Refund and Cancellation Policy carefully before purchasing any listing, membership, or promotional service.
1. 🧾 Paid Services Covered
This policy applies to all paid services offered on EzPropertyFinder.com, including:
Pay-per-listing fees
Featured or promoted listing upgrades
Membership/subscription plans for brokers or agencies
Ad placement or banner advertisements
2. 🚫 No Refunds Once a Listing Is Activated
All payments made are non-refundable once:
A listing is published and visible on the platform
An ad or promotional placement goes live
A membership term has started
We do not offer refunds for early termination, non-usage, or dissatisfaction with responses unless there is a verified technical error from our end.
3. ✅ Refunds Only in Special Cases
We may issue a full or partial refund under the following exceptional circumstances:
Duplicate payment due to a technical glitch or user error
Listing not published due to backend issues or moderation rejection
- Incorrect deduction or failed payment with successful charge
- Service not delivered due to verified platform failure (e.g., ad not appearing despite confirmation)
You must contact support within 5 business days of the issue for eligibility.
4. 🔁 Membership Plan Cancellations
- Users may cancel their auto-renewable membership plans anytime from the user dashboard.
- No refunds are granted for partial usage or unused time.
- Cancellation prevents further charges at the next billing cycle but does not refund the current active cycle.
5. 📞 How to Request a Refund

Allow 3–5 business days for investigation and up to 7 business days for resolution.
6. 🔐 Payment Gateway & Processing
All payments are securely processed via third-party gateways (e.g., Razorpay, PayU, etc.). Refunds, where applicable, are processed back to the original payment method.
Processing times may vary depending on the bank or gateway.
7. ❌ No Liability for Buyer-Seller Transactions
Refunds are not applicable in these cases:
- Failed deals or disagreements between buyers and sellers
- Misunderstandings over property descriptions, photos, or pricing
- Complaints arising after offline communication or site visits
EzPropertyFinder.com is not involved in financial transactions between platform users.
