1. 🧾 Who We Are
EzPropertyFinder.com is a real estate listing platform that allows users to:
Post, search, and view properties (for sale, rent, lease, resale)
Connect with property owners, agents, and developers
Explore membership plans, pay-per-listing features, and advertising options
Search for properties across India and access listings globally (especially for NRIs)
We are not a broker, builder, or real estate agent. We are a neutral digital platform.
2. 🧑💻 Who Can Use Our Platform
You can use EzPropertyFinder.com if you:
Are at least 18 years old.
Have the legal authority to list or search for properties.
Agree to provide accurate and lawful information.
Are a resident of India or an NRI with lawful access to Indian property platforms.
We reserve the right to refuse access, suspend accounts, or ban users for violations.
3. 🏠 Posting Listings – Rules for Sellers, Brokers & Builders
If you post a property or service on EzPropertyFinder.com:
✅ You must own or be legally authorized to list that property
🧾 You agree not to post fake, duplicated, or misleading listings
📸 You must upload real images and provide honest descriptions
💼 Brokers must clearly mention that they are intermediaries
🧾 We may request KYC or license details from brokers/builders at any stage
🚫 Properties under legal dispute or restricted under government orders must not be listed
Violation may result in delisting, suspension, and/or legal reporting.
4. 💳 Paid Listings & Subscriptions
We offer:
Pay-per-listing model (₹100 onwards).
Membership/subscription plans for agents, brokers, or promoters.
Featured ads and promotional upgrades.
All payments are processed via secure payment gateways. We do not store card details..
All sales are final unless otherwise mentioned in our Refund Policy. Please review the plan details before purchase.
5. 🚫 Prohibited Content
You agree not to post or promote:
Illegal, fraudulent, or misleading property offers
Obscene, vulgar, or hate speech content
Political propaganda or defamatory material
Properties that violate zoning laws, land use regulations, or RERA restrictions
Anything that violates Indian IT Rules (2021) or local laws
We retain the right to remove content or ban users at our discretion.
6. 🛡️ Our Role & Limitations
EzPropertyFinder.com is a digital intermediary, not a real estate agent or advisory firm.
We do not verify every listing manually, though we monitor for suspicious activity. Users are advised to:
Do their own due diligence before any transaction
Verify RERA registration, land titles, ownership, or builder credibility
Use caution when making payments offline or via third parties
We are not liable for:
Loss from fraud, false information, or misrepresentation
Property disputes or failed transactions
Damages caused by misuse or misunderstanding of our platform
7. 📧 User Communication
By registering or using our platform, you consent to:
Receiving emails, SMS, WhatsApp, and calls for support, verification, or marketing
Letting us share your contact details with interested buyers/sellers, where relevant
You may opt out anytime via account settings or by contacting us.
